Emilio Ignacio Palavicino Ferrada

Studies and Academic Degrees:
Lawyer (2010), Master in Labor and Social Security Law from the Adolfo Ibáñez University (2019) and Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Austral University of Chile (2009), with distinction. Postgraduate degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of Chile (2011) and Diploma in Business Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2009). His secondary education was given at the Luis Campino Institute of Humanities.
Academic experience:
He was an assistant student of the Chair of Civil Law I, at the Austral University of Chile, during the academic periods 2006 and 2007. He participated as a member of the debate team of the Faculty of Law in 2007 and participated as a listener in the National Conference of Civil Law during the years 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Professional experience:
Since 2008, he has developed as a labor consultant for companies and as a litigant in the Labor Courts of Justice. Since the beginning of the labor reform, he has sponsored more than 600 cases in the Labor Reform Courts of Justice and has been in charge of high-volume labor litigation accounts. His professional practice was carried out in the specialized center in Human Rights, of the Judicial Assistance Corporation of the Metropolitan Region, passing with academic excellence (7.0.).
